Former Florida Dem congressman wants to add a vote to Gillum and Nelson totals because he didn’t vote properly

Patrick Murphy, former Democrat congressman from Florida’s 18th congressional district, wants to add a vote to the totals of Andrew Gillum and Bill Nelson because he’s mail-in ballot was thrown out for an “invalid signature”:

And add a vote to Nikki Fried as well who is running for state Agriculture Commissioner:

The state’s “signature match” policy is becoming an issue with this year’s recount drama:

Soon-to-be ex-Sen. Nelson wants all of these votes to count:

But don’t let anyone tell you this is only happening this year. Republican Ron DeSantis had his 2016 primary election vote thrown out for the same reason:

Editor’s note: As a Florida resident, my signature was challenged at the polls the past two elections because my signature has changed from my driver’s license. I was given a second try an allowed to vote both times
