Estúpida: Joy Reid develops an interesting new “theory” on ICE raids…and it’s kooky

The delusional Joy Reid is at it once again. This time, her wacky tweeting spree is focused on illegal immigration and ICE raids.

A friend with experience in the intel world said something to me today that has stayed with me: that the Trump ICE raids terrorizing COC have the feel of filling a quota, and doing so by going after immigrants who will be easy to arrest (non-violent people with community ties…

— Joy Reid (@JoyAnnReid) February 13, 2018

and DREAMers who after all, self-disclosed their addresses and other contact info.) If that is the case, are ICE agents essentially behaving the way police departments have when given quotas to use tickets and other minor offenses to boost local revenues?

— Joy Reid (@JoyAnnReid) February 13, 2018

Are we living a national “Ferguson scenario” where ICE agents are engaged in deportation number inflation to allow Trump to say he kept his campaign promise to run “illegals” out of the U.S.? Of course Trump will claim they are “dangerous aliens” and gang members…

— Joy Reid (@JoyAnnReid) February 13, 2018

but ICE doesn’t have to deal with as many actually dangerous people when they can grab math teachers, doctors and baseball dads who won’t resist, and are easy to grab, detain and deport. And when you don’t care about the optics of crying families and kids…

— Joy Reid (@JoyAnnReid) February 13, 2018

…because those aren’t people your base gives a damn about… just something to think about…

— Joy Reid (@JoyAnnReid) February 13, 2018

There are so many things that can be said about this. For one, where the hell is she getting her information? Doesn’t know how President Barack Obama (her savior) had more deportations than any other president in history? But that’s okay because he’s a Democrat, right?

Most of these arrests get sent to detention centers, right? Gotta keep Trump & Jeff Sessions’ private prison CEO donors happy.

— Jamil Starkweather (@starkweatherTD) February 13, 2018

Not all prisons are private. In fact, that majority of prisons are owned by the federal government.

The question Trump’s acolytes never ask: How is this helping our country?

— Medicine 4 a Nightmare (@Medicine4aNight) February 13, 2018

Here. We’ll answer it for you: it’s helping our country by deporting those who didn’t come here legally. It gives those who DO want to come here LEGALLY the priority.

I don’t even know if it’s possible, but I want all those people being deported to be placed on some sort of list that could speed them through the process into citizenship when we flip Congress blue in 2018 + the POTUS in 2020. It’s our moral obligation to allow them to return!

— JuLeS (@Nicetrybutn0) February 13, 2018

Wait…wait…wait. Back that train up a second.

You mean to tell me that these people come to the United States illegally, they break our laws, get caught, are deported and then you want them to skip EVERYONE who has WAITED YEARS and paid THOUSANDS of dollars? Yeah, because that makes freaking sense.

Surrrrreee. a “friend” with experience in the intel world…suuuureeeeee…

— Rolando Gallegos (@gallegosr) February 13, 2018

When she says “friend” she really means that voice in her head.

It reminds me of the Nazis of WWII rounding up the Jews. Trump’s legacy – he always be compared with Hitler. I wish I could leave the USA. I am saddened and embarrassed by this illegitimate President and the overtly complicit Republican party. Wake up people!

— Jennifer Hagan (@jennhagan73) February 13, 2018

OFFS. Get off your high horse. Trump isn’t rounding up people to execute them. He’s sending them back to their home countries, not to internment camps or gas chambers.

The comparison is downright stupid and ignorant.

It’s the beginning of pogroms like the Nazis used to terrorize and control Jews, only this time it’s @GOP terrorizing all of us.

— FekNeim ☮️ (@FekNeim) February 13, 2018

It’s “programs,” for one and two, Hitler and the Nazis MURDERED people. What part of that can you liberals not get through your thick skull?

Deportation is NOT equivalent to being killed. And I’m sure if you asked any Jew who survived the Holocaust, they’d be disgusted by you all for using them as a political pawn.

Hitler went after the Jews.

Thanks for that history lesson, John. WTF does that have to do with anything?
