Dan Rather is beginning to come unglued over President Trump’s criticism of how many in the mainstream media tend to cover him.
Given Rather’s own history of reporting, we probably could have done without this “A Few Good Men” reference.
Whenever I see President Trump rail against “Fake News” or call us the “enemy of the people” I think “you can’t handle the truth.” You may not like it, but the press is protected by the Constitution (you know that document you swore to preserve, protect, and defend?)

First, it is healthy want to know why a president would be constantly railing on those who are in charge of covering his administration and reporting the news.
Second, the media have treated President Trump very unfairly and have, in some instances, published outright lies about him, his campaign and his administration.
Third, Dan Rather, seriously?
You presented millions of people with clearly fake documents in an attempt to smear W. Bush’s military service in an election year. CBS retracted your story & fired you. Even after experts in the industry told you they were fake news, you still defended them
Sit this one out, Dan https://t.co/EX4tLQGfm7

No offense, but in a swarming sea of people ill-suited to carry this message, you still might be the worst one. https://t.co/75Q78iU8DQ

You are the personification of very fake news. https://t.co/gOqYf9Zjm3

Seems like just yesterday Rather was “troubled” because Trump was (in his estimation) up too late tweeting about LeBron and Don Lemon.
Oh wait, it was yesterday.
Dan Rather troubled Trump was ‘up past his bedtime’ writing ‘racist’ tweet about LeBron James & Don Lemon https://t.co/x5SBVNZPJh

This is not the first time that Rather’s own history of reporting on presidents has run contrary to his takes on Trump.
Well that’s RICH: Dan Rather trips over his OWN history when attempting to slam Trump’s media criticism https://t.co/W3SYOlG1gr

It’s Dan Rather.
