‘Utter DUMB*SS’! Blue-checked journo has the HOTTEST ‘free speech’ take you’ll see today (or maybe EVER)

Well, this is disturbing:

NBC News: Brandon Ziobrowski, age 33, from Cambridge, MA has been arrested and charged with making an interstate threat.

According to the indictment Ziobrowski offered to pay $500 to anyone who would kill an ICE agent.

Press conference at 11:30am in Boston.

Fortunately, The Nation contributor Sean McElwee’s got a piping-hot take at the ready.

You might wanna sit down for this one, folks:

Are the free speech warriors going to oppose this?

No lol of course. They don’t care about state suppression of speech. They’re highly paid trolls and the editors who publish them should all tender their resignation in shame. https://t.co/5juKaTIwGP

Wow.

I’m here for that sweet, sweet ratio.

— William J. Upton (@wupton) August 9, 2018

Sweet, sweet ratio.

It’s looking pretty impressive so far:

Not bad. Not bad at all.

Oh. https://t.co/Qfz99DwHbj

I’m pretty sure every “free speech” warrior who is sane draws the line at making death threats.

Feeling a little guilty here, bro? https://t.co/rNAu4wsZJ6

The hell is wrong with that dude smh

Well, that depends … how much time have you got?

Um… I’m not sure you understand what that means. pic.twitter.com/XEW71D0QJK

1. If you’re American, you’re automatically a free speech warrior bc it’s essential to individual liberty.

2. Threats to kill impact people’s individual liberty.

3. I’m sorry this is so hard for you. https://t.co/8HcDIpVXxA

Do you honestly, truly, sincerely believe this is a good opinion?

— Alex Griswold (@HashtagGriswold) August 9, 2018

The guy was essentially putting a contract out on people’s lives. This isn’t a first amendment thing, Walter. pic.twitter.com/gGD4uc1BFb

How are you able to feed and clothe yourself?

— neontaster 🐉🎲🐺 (@neontaster) August 9, 2018

Are we sure he’s able to do either of those things?

These are not serious people. https://t.co/OugXyPoNTY

Things not protected under the first amendment

– Shouting fire in a crowded theater

Things protected under the first amendment

– Offering to pay $500 to go and kill someone

— Mujahed (@kebejay) August 9, 2018

> Calling someone by their wrong pronouns should be a crime!!!!

> Offering $500 to go and kill someone i dont like should be protected under the first amendment!!!!

— Mujahed (@kebejay) August 9, 2018

Sounds about right. On Earth 2.

You’re kidding, right? You expect people to defend a murder for hire scheme in the name of free speech? You’re just not bright.

“According to the indictment, Ziobrowski offered to pay $500 to anyone who would kill an ICE agent.”

This utter dumbass at @TheNation is implying that I’m a hypocrite if I say I believe in free speech while I oppose offering cash payments to assassinate government officials.🤔 https://t.co/Gix7tquXOn

Shut up, clown. https://t.co/P7HSrqA7lB

No, no. Keep talking!

It’s so cute when they try to think.

It doesn’t happen often, but when it does, hilarity ensues. https://t.co/xZTHZDbPoC

When murder-for-hire solicitation is infringed upon, is this even America anymore? https://t.co/VIgvgAOz3z
